If the cover doesn't fit your sofa, we'll replace it with the correct size at no additional cost - no shipping fees, no hassle. -

Orders with this guarantee are given priority if sizing issues arise, with typical resolution within 1-2 business days.
Terms & Conditions:
- Covers 1 free size exchange per item with this protection
- Customer must provide a photo of the sofa with the cover applied to confirm the sizing issue
- Not applicable for mismatched sofa types (e.g., customer orders a 3-seater cover but actually owns an L-shape sofa)
- Not valid if customer declines to remeasure when requested
- Exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Change of mind or personal preference

Incorrect size or fit chosen by the customer

Minor variations in color, texture, or packaging due to display settings or handling

⚠️ Important: A detailed size chart is provided on every product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing this chart before placing an order. Any return requests due to sizing or fit issues will not be considered our fault and are not eligible for refund or return.

Discounted, clearance, or final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Proof of defect (photos or video showing the issue and packaging) is required before approval.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A restocking/handling fee of 15% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges Instead of Refunds
Where possible, we encourage exchange or replacement rather than refund.

If a replacement item is available, we will send it once the original product is returned and inspected.

In certain cases, we may issue store credit equal to the product value (minus return shipping and handling fees) instead of a cash refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved:

Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect details provided during checkout.

Once an item is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for theft, loss, or damage thereafter.
