Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the items purchased and your shipping information. Please review these details carefully. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us immediately.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.


Order Processing

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Our standard order processing time (picking and packing from the warehouse) is typically 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed, a tracking code will be generated and sent to you within 3–5 business days.

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once it becomes available.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after the tracking code is issued to appear on the carrier’s website.

  • For delivery updates once the package reaches your country, please check with your local postal service using the provided tracking number.

If you encounter issues with tracking, please contact us at support@coverfect.com. Tracking information is available for up to 90 days.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed and dispatched.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as the parcel is no longer under our control.

Change of Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong address during checkout, please contact support@coverfect.com as soon as possible.

  • Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take precautions to ensure that all products are shipped safely. If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery at support@coverfect.com with photos of the damaged/missing items and packaging.

Failure to report within the timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

  • Once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss. Customers are advised to track their delivery and ensure someone is available to receive it.

Shipping Delays & Liability Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs checks, weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier issues. These are outside of our control.
We will, however, assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
